I once heard someone on a BBC "arts" programme -I don't know who -But this fella described the bhundu's guitar sound as being like 2 love birds flying in the air around each other but never collided with each other !!!What an analogy--" I WAS HOOKED " and that was about 1988-89 Those definitely were the days !!

l played a gig with these guys in the early nineties.after the gig our band played a game of footie with the "boys"...there early stuff is much better.

thats so lovely, yes some of the Bundu boys died, we still have one of the drum monsters ,(serious serious and talented drummer),listen to the drum in this song ,he is called sekuru Kenny ie Kenny Chitsvatsva,he lives in north west london, inquire from me,my name is Melch Riyo, i once played with the during practice,one of the unsung zimbabwean stars called Kudakwashe Matimba who is also a producer is leading the team called Harare

thanks for the song and the history of the group. in the part of texas i live in i had no access to wonderful music like this growing up . thanks to you tube and people like you posting these videos as a 33 year old i finally have found diversity. with thanks, peace and love
