That's why they put a big lens in front of the laser part. It could make a high power laser which may make you temporary blind in less than 0.5 second. And it is a thick laser, not as thin as the one we use on the PPT pointer. So actually you do not need to aim on it. People has a basic sense, if there has a light in front, the 1st thing they will do is to look at it...hehe
