From that response it's obvious the schools aren't too clever in Glossop either are they ? Especially the English dept ! That's if you went to one 'innit'.Hadfield is indeed a part of Glossop, and League Of Gentlemen was set there because it's generally a grim hovel full of deviants (that'll be you then !), as the makers of the series openly admitted. No need for actors really !

Yep 4x4 driving hicks and last time I looked Hadfield was actually a part of Glossop unless they've moved it ? Oh and Mr INCUBUS did I forget to mention the devil worshipping aswell ? You'd have to be an idiot to live there, grim town full of rednecks.

Stupid fu-kin music
Wearenotreallyhere (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
Such a shame the plane missed Glossop itself , a gap toothed redneck one horse town full of 4x4 driving chavs who have an unhealthy interest in their sisters ! The League of Gentlemen was a documentary !

pudran.... yes, this is true. I`ve always been sceptical about this, until I went up there a couple of years ago. There was thick mist blowing around the moors, & I definitely saw out the corner of my eye a silhouette of a figure walk into the mist wearing an old flying type helmet ! Plus .. this is no bullshit either... I nearly crapped myself ! Believe it or not, I know what I saw that day

The music really doesn't suit the subject.
