I think we need to lose the "Disco" era title . The movie was made a year before the collapse of the "Disco" then released when "Disco" was deemed by rockers as uncool as you can get . No one wanted to be associated with the image of "Disco" . It was a musical...A very good New York Broadway musical at that ! The same people who despised "Disco" are now lining up in record numbers to see these same shows . Image is everything to Americans......too bad . Youve shut out an entire world of music .
