that's right..like if you havent played basketball,football etc in a while or are simply doing stretches it's gona be sore..not painful just sore..for a little while until all the 'kinks' in your muscles are worked out

this product is WELLLLL worth it. For just 100 dollars you get a better cushion than if you were to buy a full massage chairs. i use this everyday. I recomend it to all. Good job homedics.
