im 13 as well n i had to get 1 when i was 11 years old n they did not put me to sleep. i will not lie to u. it is very painful n my back has nvr been the same. but in this video the needle looks like the needle they used to inject the anisthetics. the needle i saw they wer gonna use to draw the spinal fluid was about double the thickness. ino this cuz i saw them bring in the needles n viles

I had one in June following an MRI scan and I hated it although it wasn't as bad as I was told it could be. If 20 year old me hated it what must it be like for kids?! Thank god for anaesthesia!

im 13 and had a brain injury.....i still have headaches a lot and they say on t.v. that a person with a lot of headaches gets one...does it really hurt a lot!!!!!!!!what is the reason you got a spinal tap...im scared and answer these question quickp.s. going to the doctors on thursday(in 3 days)
