I heard a different story - record execs thought she wasn't sexy and put that woman in the video in place of her. The other story was she was supposed to be in the video and then they 86'd her for Zelma.

as I remember it - the woman who sang the hook was actually surprised and pissed that they used someone else in the video, and sued the group.
