You couldn't say that he wouldn't perceived as fantastically arrogant at times and, as a first contact with people he just met, he could maybe be more graceful, the thing though is that he's got a point.These people cook food that's straight from bizarro world and they do it wrong even then. And he actually cares about cooking as a profession and as a business. He knows ingredients cost money and when you're cooking you don't have time to fuck around.I'd rather hear it straight up myself.
